Traveling Ink

Since the tattoo scene in Hampton Roads leaves something to be desired (I'll get into that in a minute), I'm looking to travel to either Charlotte, Richmond, or DC to get my ink. I will be getting my industrial done at good ole Finders Keepers in Norfolk though. Why fuck with results? Not to mention tradition.
